What Up PHILLY Fam?  I got alot of LOVE from Philly so I wanted to get this story out to you.  The A$$WIPE pictured in this story raped a woman on Church Street and then laughed at her and said:  "Ha, Ha, I just gave you HIV!!"  Yall gotta catch this dude...
Philadelphia Police have released surveillance video of the suspect.

The movement: states as its mission 'As long as men are allowed to be topless in public, women should have the same constitutional right.
