Amazing Things You Didn’t Know You Could Do With Google

When the word ” Google” is mentioned, what comes to mind is unarguably the usefulness and the effectiveness of this top five most popular site of the world.

Google which is known as  a web search engine that lets you find other sites on the web based on keyword searches also provides specialized searches through blogs, catalogs, videos, news items and lots more. It also provides Internet services that let you create blogs, send email, and publish web pages. Google has social networking tools, organization tools, and chat tools, services for mobile devices, and even Google branded merchandise.

However, aside from these features and uses, there are lots of amazing things you did not know you can use Google to do that you need to know. You want to why? Simply because its amazing knowing about them. We have so much stick to the norms that we need to check out the following surprising ways that your Google, my Google and our Google can be used.

1) Search for “do a barrel roll” or “Z or R twice” and your page will spin like this:

5) …and hilariously, when you search for ”anagram”, it tells you ‘nag a ram’ which means don’t bother a ram.


6) When you search for ”Zerg Rush”, the page that would come up will be eaten up by numerous ”O”s.


7) Just search ” Calculate Tip” and you will be on your way to calculations.


8) You can search for special days and holiday dates. Now, there is no excuse for you to miss Mothers’ day, Fathers’ day and so on because you can also get Google alerts.


9) Google translate has a manual feature that allows you to draw characters and symbols on your screen.


10) You can solve mathematical equations, geometrical equations and the likes can be solved by searching ” Solve Circle/triangle/graphs”  depending on what you really want to solve. I hope you won’t try to cheat with this though!




11) Searching  for ”Google in 1998” takes you to the old version of Google way back.


12) …and lastly amongst many other amazing uses, when you search for ” the answer to life, the universe and everything”, it brings a rather funny calculation and a rather ridiculous answer to life…. like the one below:

Sunday was the seventh annual International Go Topless Day and women around the world marched topless in support of women's rights. The movement: states as its mission 'As long as men are allowed to be topless in public, women should have the same constitutional right.
